Next VIP Sale

have just spoken to Next and customer services advised slots would be going out on Sunday - don't know if i was just being fobbed off, but it does make sense because the last delivery date for Christmas is showing as Sunday.

Last year, they delivered some of the VIP sale stuff before Christmas!

Last year I was decorating my bedroom and I had 22 parcels delivered because they sent each item separately - my hubby was so impressed he took a photo of all the packages!!

No decorating this year - so will only be a few items for the kids if there is anything they like!

that's better info than I just got when I called customer services - the lady told me emails would be going out next week but didn't know what day or even what day the VIP sale starts - RUBBISH! In the summer sale I phoned customer services and they told me I was down for a VIP slot but would just have to wait for my email.

To be fair they probably have loads of calls and are told not to say much!!

I had to place an order for a few last minute prezzies and so took the opportunity to ask then!!

you're probably right, but I'm sure it does depend on who you speak to sometimes!

if some kind person could post a link when the vip slots go out, rather than waiting for the invites, not that i think i will get one this year . although i am trying to pay my account off so my dh would not think this a bad thing. someone always posts a link on mse and i usually get my slot a day or 2 before my invite comes through.

Hi all, I've been emailing next over the last few days regarding pending items aswell as that anticipated vip slot. This am, I received an email stating:

You should have by now received your e-mail re the vip sale.

I checked spam and online accounts to no avail. Have sent an email back so we'll wait and see. Think it could be tonight tho or early tom as you usually have a few days before sale to download scripts of the sale items. So we'll wait and see.

i have also rang cs today, was put on hold and then the lady stated that no vip invites have been sent to any customers yet, so i asked when they were due to be sent out and they said next week, i think we are just going to have to keep checking our account page and emails, i havent had a vip the last two big sales so im really hoping i get one this time, good luck to u all.
