Hi - don't think it would mess a previous order up as they process it almost straight away. Is virtually impossible to cancel an order once placed as they usually say to wait till it arrives and then return it.

Thanks for that (although there was nothing more I needed) although I'll remeber that for next time should it arise!

I was also offered another slot and took the first available one. However, when adding items to my basket they were going through at the full price. I continued with the order and phoned customer services who added a note to my account, confirming that the sale price will be applied.

Interestingly, I added the code for the Panasonic 42" plasma TV (£312 sale price) which was sold out when I originally tried it on Monday. It showed in stock this time, but given that everything was showing as full price I decided not to take the risk!

No was told items would be charged at full price as sale doesnt start until 27th. Got a coat which will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. If it comes charged at full price I shall be returning it to the store and buying it back at sale price! Doesnt seem fair people are getting two vip slots when some of us cant even get one! I thought with the credit crunch people werent spending as much!!

If you have bought it full price through the directory website online then you cant. They process it as a directory return which then gets sent back to the distribution centre not placed back into normal shops stock.

The only reason I know is that my other half works for next warehouse and he always has tubs and tubs of stuff that are directory returns.

i have just read that next are offering another vip slot to customers, so i have just checked my email and there waiting for me was onother invite, but it ended at 12:30 today and its now 13:50 so gud job really as would have ordereed again if there was anything left, ha! ha! cant believe they were offering a second slot, this has never happened b4.;)

Am going to chance it with the coat if it ever arrives! Dont ask you dont get lol. Am sure it would work tho if you bought the stuff instore pre-sale full price and then return instore. Their face would be :eek: when you say you want to buy it all back at sale price:rotfl:

I did although the free delivery offer was still on.
