I did although the free delivery offer was still on.

Free delivery wasn't available on any VIP orders, regardless of the time, it said it in the small print on the leaflet that came with the listing through the mail!

I got charged delivery charge - and I did 2 orders. Two charges. I rang up and asked if they would consolidate the order. I was told to call back again once I get my statement.

Try emailing them. I put through 3 orders & emailed to ask for 2 delivery charges back. Got a reply the next day to say they have credited my account with £7.90

I emailed them today to ask to refund 3 of my 5 delivery charges, so i am just waiting to see if they will do it. If you ordered over the phone then they do it automatically so hopefully there won't be a problem.

They've refunded some of my charges after I e-mailed them. Sent a request yesterday and got a reply today.

I just rang too and was told my courier should have come yesterday, which he didn't, and that he also has parcels that he should deliver today too, so I assume he's snowed under. I hope he comes today :)

No courier for me today :(

Looks like I'll have some returns when he shows up next week. Strange they said he should have come today and yesterday though . Hopefully he's just really busy and will get round to me soon :)
