The ones I know of are in Beckton and Thurrock Lakeside. I think there might be one in Eailing (not too sure).:naughty

I went in my local Next yesterday on the search for jeans, just checked & the one I want isn't in in my size, so I won't be bothering with a 5am shop lol.
Can I just ask has anyone had any Christmas cards or wrap delivered? If i'm likely to get it today I'll leave my parcel of returns out for the courier.0 -
Just had a collection from Next that I didn't know I'd arranged (long story don't ask!) apparently they are doing collections but not deliveries. Not sure if this is just this area but it did seem a bit strange seeing as some people will be waiting for full price stuff. She said she was still doing deliveries for other companies, Grattan is one I think, but not Next. So rest of my stuff won't be till next week.0

i had a bit of a rant at next yesterday, the dress i wanted for my daughter i presumed had sold out in her size, but when i went onto the normal site and put her size in, it said 2-4 weeks delivery, now i know that dress was in the sale in her size, 1st gentleman i spoke to said "only certain sizes are in the sale" i dont think so, i am not seeing things i know it was on the sale site in her size, anyway husband called them back as he is the actual account holder, and he got another vip slot and was told that it would be available to order then, no it wasnt:mad: , so husband had to phone them again and they placed the order over the phone, why they couldnt do that in the first place beats me. apparently there is a technical problem, anyway if the dress should come i will be well happy, if not just one of those things. imho next should not sell things unless they have actual stock, as when i placed an order for a watch for my husband in the last sale, it said 4-5 weeks but after 7 weeks i phoned them and they told me that they were not getting anymore.
rant over

Btw I've had stuff where I waited ages & then rang up. In the last mini sale I had a blouse I waited over a month for. CS said it wouldn't arrive now & I should cancel but I said no may as well leave it on order. A few days later both sizes arrived:D0 -
keep checking the vip sale sheet hoping the 37in samsung tv shows up on the sale page said sold out. went on the main site and it said it would be sent from manufactuer in 3 weeks so i phoned next customer services to say its on my summary page as in stock, she said on her page that the sale page and the normal page was showing sold out. She advised me to go comfirm it and IF it arrives in 3 weeks they will honour the sale price she said she wrote notes on my account to say I rung, but she also said that dont be surprised if you get a letter to say its sold out. I think its worth the risk. Went back on normal page and it now says sold out. so fingers crossed. I said that i will return the tv if it does arrive and I am not honoured the sale price.next £500
