    I never had my VIP slot order confirmed by email. Is this usual to not receive confirmation of the items ordered by email?

    just checked my account and the balance is shown as zero - does this just mean my order hasnt been dispatched!? i got the order confirmation email straight away yesterday.

    Hi found my confirmation email in spam folder. Other than that I know when I order online at normal times I usually have to select the option to have order confirmed ny email.

    Normally next clearance start their sale early Dec making way for stock from the main stores in Jan. But our local Next clearance hasn't started their sale yet. Perhaps they are doing well during this current retail crisis and can afford not to reduce the items further.

    i got mine straight away. Did you order online or over the phone? they dont send an email confirmation if doing it over the phone, but you should have one if you ordered online.

    im sure i read somewhere recently that someone was told in Next they werent having a big sale in the clearance centres.
