beware of talk talk and their misleading selling !

hi i have switch my landline phoen from BT to talk talk. and without my knowledge they have set up a breoadband connection without even knwingm e. i have spent on the phoen ages frist with my previosu ISP to see if it was fault then with Talk Talk who are refusing to cancel mne even though i haven't request it!

i still don't know how long my contract is for how much is goinfg to cost me etc.... so many question that Talk talk is refusing to answer .
