  • In my recent experience you will find good developers and bad. You will also find good sites and bad.

    I am having major problems with my snagging list - I moved in in April and 65% of the snagging list is still outstanding. The kitchen drawers are falling apart quicker than the ycan fix them!

    If you get the oportunity try and agree a retainer with the builder. You keep say £2k of the purchase price and then upon completion of all the snagging items you pay up. Gives them a focus to complete the work.

    Also dont be taken in by to much of the sales talk. As soon as you have completed the purchase the sales team will not want to know or see you
