Anyone got BETHERE with sky talk and line rental???

Options
 Hope someone can advise.I've been offered free line rental for a year and call plan for £5 a month from Sky BUT I 'm with Bethere for my broadband and want to stay with them.Just wondering has anyone left BT and gone to sky for line rental and continued to have Bethere as their ISP.

Bethere say that I MIGHT still be able to stay with them and if I can I have to pay a £24 reconnection charge.I don't know whether to cancel sky and stay with BT or risk not being able to have Bethere as my ISp

BTW my exchange is LLu(whatever that is!)

  • sky only use shared mpf lines (llu) so you can still have BE Broadband on a line rented from sky as this is a wlr2 line..Its only Talk Talk/Bulldog?Tiscali etc that use full LLU lines so you will be ok to switch to sky your BE broadband will still remain.
  • yes, you can.
Normally when an iSp says they want BT line. Its normally referring to llu.

You dont need to even ask them.

    I use Bethere Internet.
and use madasafish for phone(cos its the cheapest line rental)....
I got nothing to do with BT.
