T-mobile Scam

i tried to get a laptop from pc world with t-mobile internet connection for xmas for my daughter. After a credit check, they asked for a deposit of £100 which i happily paid via credit card. 15 mins later t-mobile then declined my request but told me my money wont be returned for up to 14 working days any other time of year i wouldnt be so bothered but right now i'm livid does anyone know how i can get my money sooner as i need it for xmas. thanx for any help you may give :beer:

Same thing happened to a friend of mine, your not the only one! While they hang onto the money, they are earning interest from it aswell, the banks only need 3-5 working days to process a refund!0
