    Hi Browntoa

    Again, as I said, once we click on the link a hand appears and i have to ctl alt delete to end task. So we are stuck.

    you are going to have to download them on another PC and put them on Cd or a USB drive then

    Thanks to everybody for your help. Unfortunately nothing worked. Sorry I didn't reply but had to travel home. She will be getting someone out to see to the problem.
