Where can I buy Oraneg SPV C550 payg?

I've just been informed by Orange, two days after placing the order, that the Orange SPV C550 is out of stock. I phoned up Orange and asked when it would be in stock and all I got was 'no idea'.

Does anyone have any inside info on how long these things take to restock? What's the longest someone has been waiting before?

And does anyone know where I can get one for £100 other than orange website? There's one on Amazon from a third party seller for £105.00, but Orange do free delivery and through quidco I get another £5 off. Is there another place? (i've seen COmet but there's is £109 and at least 5 days wait for delivery)

they seem to be going for less than £100 on ebay.

Hmm, I've just checked ebay. The best I can see for an SPV c550 is £111 with 3.5 hours still to go!

I have, they want £129.00 (or £109.99 with an old handset). Funny how the woman I spoke to on the phone said the shop had hundreds in stock though, unlike Orange.co.uk!

same with vodafone, they have different stock in the shops than over the phone with customer services. They seem to be run completely seperately

I have just seven dayed a C550 today which I didnot even open. I bought it for my dad as it liked mine, but thought it was too complicated.

Just waiting for the bag to send it back and then they will have one in stock!
