Thank you focus888, husband and I think we may trade ours in and have one car. Think it will save us a fair bit!
I'm looking forward to payday too! x

yea you should do it if you have an second car :) i think it would save you loads! i was tempted to get a car afew months back and am still interested but then when i think of all the added cost of having one it just toally puts me off. Im in london so really theres not much point having a car because its not like i can use it to get to work so it be just another cost on top of my travel.

Apart from the car, hows your weekend going? im still quite new to this site but im totally hooked. Im starting to see things ina different light, like before i was wasting so much money on lunch and now i know this is a money drain it just sucks you in. Feel like i learn something new every day on here :) sorry if this is long, not daring to go out incase i spend money which i dont have lol.

Don't do it!!! It's such a waste of money. (i'm not bitter!!) Hoping by only having one car it will help me to get fit!
Having a lovely weekend as the sun is shinning! How about you? I'm also hooked. I have saved money on so many little things, and starting to feel in control of the finances! Not spending money at work has helped hugely!
Are you trying to save 1k for anything special? x

Just something to top my savings up. At the moment, the virtual sealed pot money is going into my ISA to add to that, not sure where it will go if that fills up before April though lol.
