No, about £184 of it is from the start of December 08 but I already had £100 in the account, so it's not as good as it sounds, but it's still a lot in 7 weeks :D

Paid in a cheque for £4 that was a refund from Stagecoach bus as I forgot to get my change from buying my bus pass - I emailed them and they sent me a cheque! So when that clears I'll have a little more.

Speaking of targets, please set mine to £500. I'll be flushing all my pot money through into my mortgage - aka the highest % savings account available at the moment :rotfl: - every month, but tracking everything that goes into it to make sure I hit the target.

Indeedy. My fixed deal with Nationwide just ended and I've moved onto their SVR for a while. I can withdraw money from any overpayments, so it makes sense given that my ISA is currently only paying 2% :( Think i'll move one of my ISAs into the mortgage as well - since i'm going to use the mortgage as a savings account, I'll be keeping my 2009 ISA allowance free in case I want to refill.

    Sorry for the digression :D

No probs Chal - I'm currently using an Intelligent Finance iSaver. This is a variable account (currently at 3.25%), but it is guaranteed to be at least 1% over the base rate. Small comfort, but at least it's something :(

Just realised that another ~£4 had transferred into my account, sig updated accordingly. I believe that I will hit 50% of my target by payday (coming Thursday) :)
