O2 Billing Problems: Worth checking
I have had my O2 account for about 9 months and have been billed wrongly for 3 of those months.
The last two months I have been billed for minutes even though not all my inclusive allowance minutes have been used up. I do not get an itemised bill but when I look at the online allowance details they are a joke and nothing like my entitlement - but then the calls I am billed for differ from what the online allowance figures show as well. For example I am supposed to get 1000 same net and landline offpeak minutes each month. This month showed an allowance of 500 minutes and a separate allowance or 250 minutes of which I had used about 560 minutes with 190 minutes unused - plus about 400 minutes of off peak landline calls that were charged for...
So I would very much recommend checking all your o2 bills if you have been charged for calls.
I wonder what the telecoms regulators view of an organisation that is unable to bill its customers correctly is...
