Well if she delays sending them, then you can't refund until after you receive them.
When you get them back, check they are the correct size. Personally I don't see why you should have to refund postage if they were as described, but someone else should know.
Obviously if they are the wrong size i.e. 7 not a 6, then refund the postage too!

Are they really not as described ? If not, you are under no obligation to refund.
If you are happy to accept a return, tell the buyer that they must return by trackable mail (they should adequately insure if over £36 value) and don't refund until you have them back and are satisfied that they are the same item / in the same condition (i.e. they didn't wear them for a night out first !).
You do not have to refund their return postage. Its up to you whether you do this out of goodwill (and if the item really was not as described then maybe you should).0
