if you haven't had the email by now I would consider getting in touch with them asap, did you keep a copy of your order/ref no? The email I received stated I had to reply before midnight 17th DEC. and it seems from this thread most of us got this email around the same time :-/
good luck

If I decide not to wait for my order is there anyone who would like me to get it for them bearing in mind it will arrive until AFTER Christmas? pm me if so.0
-
I am thinking of cancelling my order. If anyone would be interested in taking it off my hands then let me know (by PM). I think I can just change the delivery address in which case it will cost £36.
As has been said - delivery is likely to be after christmas.
Cheers.Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0 -
Hi there.
A couple of points.
1) We received our Pokemon Mega Pak Bundle from Tescos today. We can't remember how we got the price we did, but there must have been a code involved as it's arrived at the price of £29.88 inc delivery!!!
;D
2) The pack didn't include a couple of the extras that you may have seen advertised on the original Tesco's order (link cable / exclusive game case / etc).
However, for the price we got it at, I don't think anyone's got a right to moan about it! We certainly won't!
The pack came in an original Mega Pak box (great for Xmas presents) which included the GameCube, Memory Card, Pokemon Colosseum game, 1 controller and relevant leads).
3) As per the post on the previous page:
Our pack came sealed and the game itself (disk and memory card) were sealed within also. Was your game factory sealed? Everything else was inside clear plastic bags but these weren't sealed.I bought a black Pokemon Colosseum bundle earlier today but I'm not sure that the contents are complete (and the tamper seal on the outer packaging had been broken) - can anyone please confirm if the Pokemon Box disc is inside the sealed box for the Pokemon Colosseum game or loose with the instructions for Pokemon Box ?
The one thing I would say that I definitely had that feeling that it all seemed brand new (if you haven't got that feeling - there's a good chance it wasn't).
I hope this helps.
4) Lastly - (other than we've tried it all out and it works perfectly!) - we would just like to thank the persistence to all those who campaigned for this offer, but also to the kind soul(s) who spotted this offer in the first place.
(Oh, and Martin, etc - for getting this wonderful site in the first place!)
Happy Playing!0 -
The reason the boxes look as though the seals have been broken is because these started out as bare gamecubes ans not a pokemon pak.. then later the seals were opened and a pokemon game was put in the box.. and a 2nd seal was put on top of the old one.. then a new cardboard sleeve with pokemon on it was placed over the box.
thats as sinister as it gets im afaraid

Since replying to the email offering a similar package I haven't heard back from them. Has anyone else?

I agree with the post above. The inner box we have appears to be a box standard Gamecube box but with an outer sleeve for the Mega Pak.
The game, however, has imprinted on the front Not to be sold separately so they've not just dropped in a 'normal' copy of the game. I don't suppose it matters either way really - unless it comes to resale (which we won't be doing!)0 -
Just to settle anyone's nerves this is quite a normal thing to happen. I saw the Mario Kart pack when it was out and this was packed in exacly the same way from a High Street shop. i.e. Promotional Slip cover over 'normal' GameCube pack

further to Rattla's post - it's new, all the bits are there and the thing works! That's enough for me!0
