    Reason I ask is I placed my order on the Friday at 12.38pm and I've not had the "offer" email as yet, sO I was wondering if those who have had the offer were the first to order?

    When you replied to the e-mail from Tescos did you start a new e-mail altogether or just clicked reply on the one they sent you?  Also what did you say regards to accepting the offer?

    I just clicked reply and it came up with onyx@tesco.co.uk surely this can't be correct when it states their addy is online@ ???

    Anyone concerned about Virgin refunds.........

    I mailed my despatch note last night at 23:17

    I received my confirmation email stating that the money has been paid to my account today at 11:34

    I too clicked reply...and it went to the onyx addy, not the tesco.com one.

    Virgin are pretty swamped with emails about refunds just now. I sent my Amazon dispatch attachment off yesterday afternoon and called today to make sure it had got there ok. They couldn't see it but they said that as there were so many emails to go through it may well be there.

    They promised to look into it and this afternoon I got a refund confirmation email. ;D
