The number Lara supplied above is the main customer services number. They can help you track items down if you give them the item code.

Alternatively for the usual automated ring and reserve service:

Dial 0845 2443030 then enter 0035312 161616#
press * twice then * again then 1
enter the store number (from back of catalogue)
then enter item number.

You don't have to wait for all the menus to be heard, you can just input the info as above and cut straight to the option you want.

Edited to point out that this way is a lot cheaper than the usual 0870 number that's found at the back of the catalogue.
