What constitutes an Off peak call on O2?

I have got the Leisure Time Plus Tariff and am going mental trying to find out on the O2 site when is considered "Off Peak". I know my calls can only be made to landlines and other O2 phones but at what time are the calls included in my tariff? The site search facility (when I found it- why isn't it on the home page!) didn't help.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure its after 7pm and all weekend, however I would advise to contact customer service to double check

Its between 7pm-7am mon-fri and from fri 7pm - monday 7am,in other words all weekend.

I'm pretty sure this is right. 7pm to 7am night and evening and from 7pm Friday until 7am Monday.

Be careful, because unlike Orange or T-Mobile, Bank Holidays on O2 are only off peak if they fall on a Saturday or Sunday.
