Has he entered the securely code wrong 4 times ?
If he has you need to call the network for the unlock code. The CS agent should be able to give it to you over the phone. Is the phone in your name or is ? and make sure you have the password and 4 digit access code to clear the security check when you call in..0 -
you need a PUK code , if its O2 you can do it online
worsre case you can get some of the free sim cards that are always available and get them to transfer the credit overEx forum ambassador
