Contract phone with no signal! get out clause?
Just wondered if anyone could help me as me and my partner have contracts with orange. However we have no signal in our house, therefor can not use our phones. Is there some sort of clause that means we can get out of our contracts? so we can get a different network that actually works!
many thanks

you have a limited time after agreeing to a contract to cancel it. you should get in touch with them asap if you've just signed up.
if you are already in a contract and have no signal because you've moved or something then there's no getting out of that i think.0 -
Give them a ring and ask why there's no reception.
Maybe it's the phone, maybe it's the network.Looking forward to the future.0 -
No network will grantee coverage in a building. The walls will always restrict the signal to some degree.
As above if you're still in the cut off period then cancel and try an different network, if not, there no a lot you can do I'm afraid.0 -
Use Orange Everyphone.
Just dial 330 (from a landline 07973 100 330) to set it up.0
