  • That is a fantastic price - Not sure how you managed it tho? Any help would be much appreciated! Warmest Regards

As MartinMarv said..you have to reduce the warranty to just 90 days - this takes £94 off the price - 351 including VAT...better hurry - think it finishes today...
  • Is it worth upgrading the battery for the extra £12 or so? Does it improve the battery life much?

Yes i would say so. when surfing wirelessly, the battery only lasts about 1hr 15 mins. Bought one with the 15.4 inch screen at £375 - well worth it in my opinion

I was going to buy 1 for my parents, but they have been told by all their motorhoming fraternity that it isnt good enough as it doesnt have centrino, isnt 60gb, and that they need a DVD writer, and it has to be under 2.5kgs..
So how much slower is a celeron M compared to a pentium m?
Surely a 3kg laptop isnt going to get in the way vs a 2.5 when they are spending most of the time in a motorhome?
What would be the real advantages of paying another £200 for a centrino laptop please? And do centrio laptops ever crop up at really good prices?

    Cheers
    Be nice
