Managed to list 39 items on eBay yesterday.
All of them were Buy It Now apart from one item which has a higher start price.
It took nearly 2.5 hours to photograph and list all the items.
    Thank God that's over.

Overnight I have sold 8 items with a net (fees and postage paid) return of £82.
Items included a couple of old credit card wallets, DVDs, flip flops and a USB dongle.
I'll wait until 16:00 to go out and post them just in case I get a few more sales.

The more expensive items (portable DVD player, handbag, HiFi cables etc) have quite a few watchers, so there should be some sales at the weekend.
I hope to raise about £500 towards the cost of my new laptop.
The auctions end in 9 days time.

Anything over £500 will be added to this month's overpayments.

Wow, that's some hardcore fleebaying! Although having gone through the withdrawal symptoms of having nothing to sell... I think you'll regret this hardcore approach!!!:rotfl:

Good luck with the OU course.

Up to £282 net eBay sales so far.
Another £212 and the rest will go on extra overpayments for this month.

Whilst doing a bit of gardening today, I came across about 12 items of tat in the garage that would fetch some pennies on eBay.
I'll prepare the auctions tonight. Photos taken @ 20:40 with descriptions outstanding.

I've been asked to work an overtime shift tomorrow morning, I was in 2 minds at first because I would have to start at 07:00 (so no lie in on the last day of my holiday).
But I'll be finished at lunchtime (rest of the day to enjoy) and add £110 extra to the overpayments next month.
  • Going great guns on the ebaying. A lay in or £100? I know what I'd choose!!!

I have to get up at 05:30 and then cycle 7.5 miles before I start.
By lunchtime tomorrow when I've finished it will be worth it. :)

Back home now and another 6 items have sold on eBay.
    Thankfully they have all paid.
Items are already packaged up and just need labelling and then I'll list the 12 things I found yesterday.
Also need to list my MTB today.

I've also signed up for overtime over the next 4 Sundays, which wil definitely cover the remaining cost of my laptop and add to next month's overpayments.
The shifts are quite short and pass really quickly.

Your overtime seems ideal - I bet you make the most of the remaining time on Sunday more than you would if you hadn't been up at the crack of dawn!

Yesterday and today have been a bit hectic.

    Saturday
Went to work in the morning (planned to work until midday but it ended up being 13:30).
Rushed home, had something to eat and then tried to get some sleep.
Woke up at 21:00 to get ready for my British Heart Foundation (Manchester to Blackpool Night Ride).
Got to the Trafford Centre for Midnight and finally set off at about 01:00.

    Sunday
Within an hour or so of riding, the heavens opened and The wind joined in.
That has to be the worst conditions I've had to ride in for many years.
Thankfully, I made it to the finish, cold, wet and tired, only to then wait (shivering) another 1.5 hours for a coach to take us back to the Trafford Centre.

Raised over a £150 so there is some good that came out of it, as the the sense of achievement of battling the elements and surviving (no punctures too). :T
Got home at 08:30, had something to eat, showered and went to bed.
Got up at 15:00 because I had an overtime shift 17:00-22:30 (currently taking my break).

Overall a busy weekend, but one where I've done a little bit for a charity I care about and also earned a few bob for the mortgage overpayments.

I can't wait to get home tonight and have a long soak in the bath.
I'll update monthly stats when I get home (my break is finished).
