This comes up when try to select update - make sure you are connected to the Internet and your firewalls set to allow Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to access the Inernet - what should I do?0
-
On the Update tab, under Update mirror select the Malwarebytes.org option. The SecurityWonks.net mirror does not work for some reason; I receive the same error as you.0
-
Kaspersky pop up blocked how do I unblock it? There is nothing showing up on the screen0
-
You should see an ActiveX popup - a yellow bar at the top of the screen. Click that and allow/accept it.0

I was trying to upload the kaspersky then minimised the screens. At the back was a message from Malwaaarebytes that they couldn't remove a certain program with the title Trojan onit. It said it needed to reboot so I just shut down and reopened. Am now downloading the Kaspersky scanner so will post that when done0

I uploaded the Kaspersky scan but was not given the option of next. I'm just doing a My Computer scan as I don't know what to do. Please advise0
-
As long as you are doing the "My Computer" scan, that's fine! It seems Kaspersky keep changing that particular page so my initial instructions may be a little different.
Just remember to save the report at the end as a text file- that's very important!0 -
