thanks all. Found out this morning though that my friend who was going to drive us (trains are so expensive this short notice and hotels are either expensive or booked up) can't go anymore so I don't think I can. I've spoken to the guy and he said he'll hold the tickets to the very last minute incase i can find someone else to drive down there and come with me. If not, I can just get 2 tickets for a gig of my choice in the new year (so may ask for KoL in Manchester in June as its the only one I don't have a ticket for yet!)

So so gutted though. Booo! I know I only saw them on Friday, but they're so good and the fact that I *could* go tomorrow is making me kick myself!

If he is holding them to the last minute, it will be unfair on who he offers them to getting literally an hour or twos notice,
Its a shame because loads of people would have jumped at those tickets and with u being up north u could have foreseen the issues of a london gig a few weeks before xmas.
Im not having a go at u, but it seems the prize will be totally wasted and binned which is a darn shame as they are very much the band of the moment. xxx

Up to 9am this morning it wasn't a problem me going as my friend was going to drive us all along, but she's a nurse and has been called in to cover shifts at the last minute so can't go. I wouldn't have entered if I didn't sort out how I was getting there before hand and everyone else I know can't get time off work this short notice. I would've happily handed the tickets over to someone else, but as its going as a guest of someone else, they aren't physical tickets and are non-transferable. If I can find somewhere to stay tomorrow night in London then i'll go. I'm aware there will be other people who wanted to go, I've followed this band since 2004 and adore them and am gutted that there's a possibility that I won't be able to go, but there you go. I didn't expect to win either.
