Please help ~ Trying to download software

Okay, try deleting them two files on your desktop and try the download again.
It sounds like you use Firefox? if so try clearing your private data. Tools > Clear private data, and check everything apart from saved passwords. That should clear any temp files that are making the browser think that it's already downloaded.0 -
