Samsung D600 on orange question

Hello all
Been looking around for a good contract deal on a D600 (open to suggestions) and came across this thread from last October which suggests you can get a 12 month deal direct from Orange for not much over £100.

Some of the saving is through their 6-month half price line rental which Orange is still doing.
The rest of the saving seems to be via a £50 trade-in and £75 referral fee - neither of which i can find on the Orange website.
Does anyone know if Orange are still doing this and if so could you post a link.
