  • What would of happened if i didn't question it? What about those people who dont question it and just pay it? Its wrong don't you think?

Agree with you - I have an unlimited plan and my online bill had some very strange charges. I emailed and received a reply saying there has been a 'mistake' and the extra charges will be withdrawn. I just think that if it was my elderly parents bill they would have just paid up without questioning.
As an extra my teenage daughter has a contract with a well known mobile company (red with a little yellow added!). Her first bill was £147.00 instead of the £15.00 contract. She didn't tell me for a week because she thought I'd be angry with her. She was really upset, crying etc. When she told me I called the company for an explanation. The response? A giggly girl on the line saying, 'Whoops our mistake'! I wonder how many teenagers pay up because they're scared to tell their parents. These companies need to ensure that these 'mistakes' don't occur.
