should i put money in offset mortgage or savi

i currently have a woolwich openplan motgage owing 67500 over 14 yers 6months . i have no other debts.i will have approx 9000 to invest would i be better off offsetting on my mortgage or using a high interest savings account .i am likely to need this money to be available for withdrawal in approx two years time .thanks
