    Thanks for all the messages.

    I have been in contact with Welfare Rights and they have been quite helpful telling me that I have no chance with the appeal unless I get medical evidence to back up my claims!
    Find a lawyer that specialises in cfs and benefit appeals , can cost a couple of bob but worth it.

    Have you been diagnosed correctly with having cfs and not merely a gp , or self god forbid.Doctors, specialist letter would help.

    It is only my GP at the moment that has diagnosed it as there the local hospitals closed the waiting lists last year, actually year before, 2004, and arent reopening them til the summer for people with ME/CFS. I have written to my MP and told her what I think!
