SIM cards

Can anybody answer these questions for me :- At the moment I have a TESCO pay as you go sim card that piggy backs (I think) O2, could I use the TESCO sim card in a locked O2 mobile ? ASDA sim cards piggy back Vodaphone the same question really, can I use an ASDA sim card in a mobile phone locked to VODAPHONE ?

Comments

  • Yes, that should be possible.
  • Just an update Thanks to superjaggybunnet, but not the people who should of known who gave me the wrong answers. I bought a Vodaphone locked mobile phone over the internet less than you would pay in store, also an Asda sim card (pay as you go) which as I said piggybacks Vodaphone. It works just fine for me, I am not saying it will work for everybody but it is worth a thought I now get calls for 8 pence a minute & texts for 4 pence anytime.
