i have the tmobile nokia 3100 100 minutes free line rental deal, and it states that to get the cashback you have to send them your first bill. i havent received a paper bill yet but i do have an online bill is this what i send them?
getting a bit worried now cos i know you have to send it back by a certain time and im nearing week 3 of having the online bill!! ???

Fiery - I wouldn't worry - FC are excellent. FC are a one man band - so hence folks having trouble getting in contact. Just ring T mobile and get a paper copy or print the on line bill and send that (it should be ok). As far as I know FC are not one of the co's that the bill has to be in by a certain date - think they only ask for the bill.
If you want I can let you know how to use this for 10p xnet max - once your free minutes run out.0 -
Do you know whether you should expect to receive a paper bill ?
I had the Vodafone Sim from Forward Cellular and registered to manage the account online. vodafone say that under those circumstances that a paper bill will not be issued.
However, I have an orange account that I manage online and I still get a paper bill. So, I guess it all depends on your provider.
In your case ,I would print off a copy of the bill and send it to FC to avoid missing the deadline for claiming the cashback.0 -

Paid cashback promptly,no problems with FW,unlike e2save who are very dodgy and do not appear to be paying.0
