Upgrade from D500

Hi guys,

I'm at the end of my 12 month contract with with O2 Online. I'm pretty happy with the tarrif which is the 200 anytime minutes and 500 texts one for £25 a month so I'd like to stay with that.

At the moment I have a D500 which I've really liked and I'd like my next phone to have a similar slider type mechanism. Whats important to me is Bluetooth, ability to dial in email server, MP3 ringtones.

I've seen this phone - Z320i which look like the D500 but also does 3G which would be good for connecting to work as it's a much quicker connection. I'm not really finding an reviews on it.

Also I've considered the D600, but I'm not sure if there is enough difference to justify the upgrade from a D500, also the Nokia 6111 which seems a similar style of phone. I've not had a nokia for years though so I'm not sure how they compare with Samsungs.

If your going to stick with 02 you might aswell ask about the 50% extra minutes and texts for life (detail here )

As for the phone it will depend on what they will offer you in the upgrade. IMO Nokias are better than samsungs, but the Nokia 6111 you mention is medicore.

personally i prefer nokias. their software is easier to use, but maybe that is just because i am used to it.
dont think that the 6111 will adequately replace your d500 which is a great phone
how about the nokia 6280 - not sure when it comes out though

Im using the d500 and just finished my 12 months but im waiting on a nokia as i used the 6680 for a few months and loved it, I wont be getting another samsung, ive seen the d600 and theres not a lot of differance and imagine i would be bored very quick, if you can hold on a few weeks nokia is bringing out the 6280 which should be available via all networks come february and this is a slider with 2mp and mp3 ringtones and also bluetooth, the 6111 is only 1mp and very prone to going faulty with the white screen issue.
