Martin's Money tip for CurrAcc

Options
I see in Martin's moneytips he suggests either A&L or LTSB for best rate and a bonus sign up (no one is recommending me so don't I get bonus with A&L?) I see you need to pay in £1000/mnth to qualify for both but I read somewhere the A&l only needs 500/mnth.
Also do you need to have your salary paid into it or can you simply deposit amount from existing curr acc as I don't want to move my s/o, dd's etc.
Any help appreciated.
Thx
xx

A&L requires 500£ 'funding' a month. This can come from any non A&L source and be transferred back out again on the same day. You dont need to transfer your account over.

Once you have opened an A&L account you can be referred by others and fill out a form. Whether they are still paying out on this I dont know but there is no harm in trying.
