FREE Money (For Opening Accounts) - Referrals

I have noticed a large number of threads appearing whereby you can receive free money for opening accounts (Refer a Friend) etc.
These post's belong in the referral board so I will be moving / merging them in the future.
The only exception to this rule will be those referred to in the money tips e-mail as I am not permitted to alter / move those threads.
