Can i leave Orange?

Hi ya, i am over halfway through my 18 month contract with orange, with which i chose a sony erricson w910i, long story short, i have had nothing but problems with the phone, this being my third one, i was told that having had three the next phone i got would be a completely different handset, i had to go into the shop today as the most recent w910i i have has gone wrong in less than ten days, they hve told me the only way to get a different phone is to send my phone off for repair three times, leaving me without a phone three times, and with two children and one on the way i don't really want to be without a phone at all, in fact i was told before i could get a different phone once i had this one replaced and the third one went wrong, they keep changing their story and i am fed up of going in there, phoning them or constantly having a phone that doesn't work. Am i entitled to leave orange no as i do not believe they are providing me with a service just charging me every month and not giving me any service at all? Help anyone? xxxx :money:

Orange will give you DMR (different model replacement) if the handset has the same fault 3 time. But this has to be exactly the same fault.
The faults will be note padded on your acc screen.
I'd call in the day (more staff in) and keep going up the chain (refuse to get off the line) until you get to someone who can sort it for you. It should go, CS agent, SCA and then team leader... Good luck.
