TV broken less than 2 yrs - will Tesco replace/repair?

if the tv has expired its 12 month warranty you can still ring tesco techincal helpline and just tell them whats wrong and they will issue you with a over the 12 month warranty form, send it back to them and they will assess to see if it is a genuine manufactoring fault if it is found to be a genuine manufactoring fault they will will send you out a cheque for the amount you paid for the tv, providing you have proof of purchase, and the tv is not damaged due to misuse, accidental damage e.c.t,
