I would go for crucial too. If you go for a cheap brand then they are more trouble than the price difference is worth.

There doesn't seem to be too much difference between the price of 256 and 512Mb RAM when you're looking at SDRAM.
If your board will take it, Aria are doing 512Mb from a "major" supplier (whatever that means) for £30.0 -
