It didnt recognise my sons name either, which is a shame but he loved it anyway. Hes a bit older at 5 and he was visibly in suspense whilst the elves did their thing to see if he was on the good or naughty list! the look of relief when he saw he was on the good list as he punched the air and said yes! im on the good list!
Its also great for potential blackmail, as one of the things santa told him was that he had to go to bed when he was told to. Hes off up the stairs like a rocket when i remind him what santa told him!

Ah, just realised that you can do video without kiddie's name. Excellent, will make a naughty and a nice video :-)

Did one for my grandson last year when he was 3. He wanted to watch it over and over again. It made him feel so special. They are very good for free. I didn't notice very much email traffic after doing it either.

I did this for my son's a week or so ago. It was lovely. Really well produced and really made their faces light up!! Look about 5 minutes to sort out but well worth the effort. I was actually expecting a "stephen hawkings" esk voice to come out but it was actually a nice blended voice. Really well done to them for making such a great product.
