At the end of putting the details in, instead of the video, I get "Oops! The elves cannot find the requested file" I've been able to get it to work for my son's but not my sister's. Any ideas?

did you put the code in that they emailed you? i tried to type the code in and i got the same message, so i copied and pasted it instead! and it worked. hope that helps!

Thanks, I've got it working now, I used Firefox instead of Chrome and it worked a treat, its really great :-) x
