You probably need to dowload flash player, or whatever it is, there is a link on that page -OR try F5 x

also check you ticked the box for the sound of the name

this is my third year using it and although my little one doesn't believe in santa any more, it's still fun!

i have had problems too - tells me that i need to download a new version of Flash, even though i've done so on both my iMac and my Windows laptop, neither of which work. When you click Update Now, it tries to download Flash from iLivid, rather than the Adobe site. I closed that window and downloaded latest Flash directly from Adobe, but it still didn't work.
I've used PortableNorthPol for the last two years and my kids have loved it, but i'm not going to download Flash from a site i've never heard from before...so i'll find a different Santa video site this year

I have to report the same problem - the Next button at the bottom of the page doesn't work. I've checked that my Real player and Flash are the most up-to-date versions so I'm not clear as to why the site is saying there's a problem with them and wants me to click on something that is hyperlinked to a site called "adserving". I won't be clicking on it.
