hello,

Does anyone know of a contact to complain to a 3? I've been having massive problems with a contract given to me through an outsourced call centre (contract that wasn't requested, refusing to cancel it). I've tried to go through customer services to no avail and am now looking for - preferably british-based - high level people to complain at.

Gone for good
Having called india countless times, i finally sent a complaint by email then 2 recorded letters to Glasgow. Decided to call head office yesterday and told i could cancel both my contracts 1 with 2 months left and the other with 16 months on it. I tried by using 01628 76500 but silly woman kept putting me through to India, decided to use 08707 330295 and remained in Glasgow and got a fantastic result.
What a result:j :beer: :money: :T
