Which is the best bank to open a USD $ bank account with? I have read and called around and the charges on having a $ account are very high. I would like to open a $ account but not be charged to use my own money... anybody have any ideas? ???

Citibank has no charges, I believe, if you maintain a minimum balance in all accounts of £2K.I have five stars! This doesn't mean that I know anything about any of the things I post. I could be a raving lunatic, or a brilliant genius, or just some guy on the internet. In fact, I could be all three at the same time.
