Does anyone have a sony k610i

Hi, my ds has a sony k610i and the screen has blown. He needs to transfer his numbers from the phone to the sim but obviously cant see to do it. He's looked for instructions but it tells him to go to contacts etc but he needs to know how many times to hit each button to reach all the options as he cant see what he's doing.
Can anyone guide him through it please ?

if you have a data cable, download myphoneexplorer and have a look around for the option to transfer contacts

otherwise, the steps are from a k810, however they should be the same.

press the right softkey (under the screen) (to select menu)
press number 8 (to select contacts)
press the right softkey (to select options)
press key 6 (to select advanced)
scroll down 7 and press the left softkey to copy the contacts to the sim
