Happy Christmas. Have lurked...and been so inspired by your diary all this year. Hoping 2009 brings all you so deserve and wish for.

As a widow with two children, Christmas is not so good any more....but on Friday we are escaping to New York....and am so excited. In no small way, is this due to the savings....doing scratch cards etc etc I have done this year inspired by you. Thanks a million. Sx

Got a £1 bonus on the scratchcard for loging on this morning and a 10p scratch. Wonder if we could make it to New York next year. Have a fab time and please visit the Rockerfella tree and tell us if it really is that amazing :xmastree:

Happy Christmas Eve everyone - I am going to be running around all day but it will be fine. I have one more early (coffee) mystery shop to do so will run OH in to work and do the M/S at the same time, so that works well.

Off to do scratchcards........

Went and did the mystery shop but it was closed :mad: The opening hours on the shop quite clearly say it opens at 5.30am but it was very definitely shuttered up. Whoever is on shift this morning is probably sleeping off Christmas excesses! I will have to ring the M/S people when they open at 9 to see what they want me to do. Prob won't get paid though :mad:

Not good about the MS, they should at least pay you mileage. I had one which I couldn't complete, but got paid anyway, maybe you'll get lucky.
