    I will!

Congratulations on the huge amount of debt paid off Hypno!

I had a bad night's sleep, I had one of those fever thingys that made me feel I was getting blown up again and again and again from things in Star Trek!

So it's a sunny day and I need to recuperate!

Have just spoken to Mortgage adviser - our fixed rate is at 5.69% and our Reserve Loan at SVR (4.99%) - the two are linked. Not worth changing until fixed rate expires next January as redemption penalty is more than we would save - so do I overpay on the mortgage or carry on paying more on the loan to get the figure down? the advantage of the reserve loan is I can always "Have " the money back - can;t do that on the mortgage.

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm a dilemna me thinks.

Sunny here, have just put two chocolate cakes in oven for school tomorrow and have licked the bowl !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I don't really read much of the debt diaries any more - only because they are so long :o

but every month I log onto this one and am always so pleased for you and how well you have done :)

    Thank you soubrette!

Hello to everyone who is lurking, posting, etc - the sun is shining, and I did not dare go out......why? Well not because I fear I will get caught up in any sort of G20 protest, but because I am at risk of ruining my planned NSD!!!

I brought in left overs for lunch, and have only drunk office coffee........but I could SO go outside in the sun and buy an icecream (non chocolate one of course!).........life is tough!

Surfbabe, for what it is worth, I would overpay the mortgage - get rid of the temptation as well as attacking the higher rate APR......
