    Morning!

    I have got to be out of the house a bit earlier today to get the student to her bus, as she is going home for Easter - that has come round quick!

    10p and 25p only on the scratchcards today - it is ages since I have had anything decent, but the small amounts are still adding up.

    Quidco have sent over £200 to my bank account, which will hopefully arrive in the next day or so, which will be very welcome for spending money on holiday.....and is of course free money :T

    some nice results on the money front for you over the last couple of days..
    not had time to post with the kids both passing this virus back and forth to one another
    had a trip to hospital with the baby as well ,,
    they seem to have a bed reserved their for them just lately..and not to good myself either and arthritis is being a pain!!!
    on the money front
    managed to get €150 more income this month also €200 from not spending so thats all gone into the house fund andhave my €200 for the kids fund.
    so seems march wasn't such a bad month after all,
    however i cant help thinking ive missed a bill somewhere as i cant see where the 150 has come from...suppose i can always take it out again if needed!!

    Good news on the dfw front from Hypno *and* Shaun - well done both! Not doing a monthly shop can really help, can't it .... I'm going to do that this month, the only storecupboard thing I need is a few litres of soya milk, at 60p a throw, that won't break the bank.

    I seem to have done about 3 monthly shops in the last fortnight.......something going wrong here!

    I have just had a bonus.....because I had to take my student to catch her bus, I was in work before anyone else, and I forgot what the alarm code was. So instead of risking setting the alarm off, DD and I forced ourselves into the branch of Costa Coffee that sits conveniently opposite my office......

    We ordered a hot chocolate for DD and a latte for me, and oh dear what a pity, the till didn't work, so she said, "take the coffees and don't worry about it!"

    I offered to go back in and pay at lunchtime, but she said no!
