Good here thanks - no Garmin yet, but got it ready in my Amazon basket ready to go. I'll just make sure the month gets off to a good start before spending (see what being a DFW has done to me!).
Waiting for my training plan to be emailed to me. Oh, and need to work out when I can go running. And what to wear? I have shorts and tee-shirts but I think I might need something warmer at the moment... - those are my excuses

used to work fri lunch to sun 11pm as disabled ambulance driver which saved a fortune on child minding fees,also used to take es work with me at wkend if oh was working,
accident at work has now left me disabled ,how ironic is that!!
so now disabled,pensioned,house husband ,
