    good day everyone!

Good news on the 4k @ 0%. It all helps! You have me worried about my barclayloan...is that standard about non overpayments? When I rang them a few months ago...was told I could make overpayments...hope it was the truth!

Everyone who has given up choc seems to be doing so well! I don't like chocolate so it's never been an issue for me...haribos are another story though!!

babyhead, I have two barclayloans and was told when taking both out that they were not overpayable - I did have another one as well, and that was the same, although I managed to save up and pay it off in full.

    Would be worth checking!

  • Afternoon all, i've just caught up my this is a busy thread! Ive just cleaned my house from bottom to bottom (not done the top yet that will have to wait! ) and I neeeeeeed chocolate. I don't just want it I really neeeeeed it and I can't have any and now i'm going to cry.

Got to go get a shower then off to the shops 'cos we've got nothing in for tea and I neeeed chocolate then get my boys from school. Will I resist???

Well done on the 0% Hypno, i've got to apply for a BT for OH his Egg 0% is up in March - really hoping this will be the last one I have to do!

Good news ebay are removing seller insertion fees for 99p listings from mid march so we can list to our hearts content knowing its no sell no fee, hopefully this will take my mind off chocolate - when does lent finish?????? is it soon??? Are we there yet? coffee's not the same without a nice bit of chocolate to dip in it so i'm drinking tea. cgx

only 37.5 days to go CG.....stay strong, you can do it!

(although I did buy an almond croissant at lunchtime - no chocolate though.......)

I have bought a new phone at lunchtime - I dropped mine, cracked the screen and it doesn't want to work properly as an act of protest. Trouble is, my new one is touch screen and is waaaay too clever for me. I will have to ask my children to show me how it works this evening. Blimey I feel old

Grr....called barclaysloan - turns out i can't overpay! FANTASTIC  so annoyed. complained but as usual not alot they can do as terms ARE terms! Ah how annoying. that changes everything....16k @ 17.9% now sucks even more than it did an hour ago. Why can't they employ staff who understand and know what they are doing?? Grrr

Moan over. Thanks hypno - at least I am not under this illusion anymore. When you said u had 2 loans like it alarm bells rung...and for the right reasons! looks like I am going to have to have a re think. :rotfl:

    Sorry for the hijack!
