Life is generally good thanks hypno - a bit noisy from time-to-time but it's all good fun. I've yet to find a new home for my next diary, so I've not been posting much... nowhere seems to be quite as good as DFW.

Chev, I think the tired/achy feeling comes more from the fast 7.5 miles I did on Tuesday after 10 days of no running at all! My muscles were expecting another day off, and didn't get it!

Surfbabe, glad that the knee op is sorted but sorry it is adding to the stress.....one day, everything will be calm and zenlike.....
